Five warranties that come with every pair of glasses you buy.
One-year lens prescription warranty. Your vision may change — we will help. If you need to replace the lenses within 12 months of purchase, we do it free of charge.
One-year frame warranty. If a defect appears under normal use within 1 year from the day you take your glasses home — we repair or replace them free of charge.
If tinted or sun-protection lenses do not suit you, within 2 months of purchase we will replace them with thin aspheric clear lenses free of charge.
If your glasses are accidentally damaged within one year from the date of purchase, we will give you a new pair at half price. We take the damaged frame back.
We will ultrasonically clean your glasses free of charge at any time — even old ones, and even those not bought from us.
“Buy once — get free adjustments for life.” Nose pads, temples, screws — come back with your glasses any time and we will adjust or replace them.
